All LifeSpan employees are required to complete health requirements as prescribed by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning ( OCDEL) / Dept. of Human Services, which includes a pre-employment physical examination (every two years) and mantoux (PPD) test for tuberculosis. A drug screening is also required upon hire. Each employee will be required to complete a child abuse clearance, National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR) clearance and PA state background check and FBI (fingerprinting) criminal background check.
