For your convenience, you can download the Pre-K Counts Application for Bucks or Pre-K Counts Application for Upper Perk for registration in our centers. Please be sure to complete each form in its entirety. Return your completed enrollment package to the Family Coordinator who will be happy to assist you and help to determine your official start date.
We accept child care subsidies and work in conjunction with the Department of Human Services and Early Learning Resource Center. If you are in need of financial assistance to help pay for child care, please contact:
